Honest Lance Cyclecraft

About the studio

Useful knowledge should feel orderly.

Honest Lance Cyclecraft began as a small workshop notebook shared among commuters and weekend riders. We turned those notes into focused lessons that make brake setup easier to inspect, explain, and repeat.

Our mission

Give riders a dependable learning process rather than a collection of hurried tricks. We teach when to adjust, when to replace a part, and when to ask a qualified mechanic for help.

Our principles

  • • Name the component before touching the adjustment.
  • • Use compatible tools and follow maker specifications.
  • • Treat a final safety check as part of the lesson.
